Welcome to the Kent Richard Hofmann Foundation's grant application process. You can now complete our application online. If you are unable to complete the online application, please contact Eliza McAllister for instructions on submitting a hard copy application.

We look forward to reviewing your request. The first step in this process is to complete a letter of inquiry. Letters of inquiry are reviewed on a rolling basis. The Hofmann Foundation will review all inquiries and provide an emailed response with an invitation to submit a full grant application, a request for further information, or a denial. Only those applicants who receive a favorable response to their letter of inquiry are able to access the full application to submit a grant proposal.
